Simple rules, fair terms.

By installing the Lulal AI Chrome extension, creating an account, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Lulal AI ("we," "us," or "our").

Lulal AI is a Chrome browser extension that integrates an AI-powered sidebar into Gmail and Outlook web interfaces. The service provides:

• AI-powered email summarization and reply generation
• Conversational AI chat within your email client
• Email classification and labeling
• Custom prompt templates and automation
• Productivity tools (PDF merge/split, image processing, grammar fix)

The service is provided "as is" and its availability depends on third-party platforms (Gmail, Outlook) and AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.) that are outside our direct control.

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately at contact@lulal.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

You may use Lulal AI only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Lulal AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.

Lulal AI uses large language models (LLMs) to generate content such as email summaries, replies, and chat responses. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — always review before sending.
• You are solely responsible for any content you send or act upon based on AI output.
• We do not guarantee that AI output will be free of errors, bias, or offensive material.
• You retain ownership of any content you create using the service.
• We do not use your email content to train AI models.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Lulal AI service — including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of Lulal AI.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Chrome extension solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated output or for any actions taken based on it.

Because Lulal AI operates as a Chrome extension overlaid on Gmail and Outlook, changes made by Google or Microsoft to their platforms may affect the extension's functionality. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platform changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lulal AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 50 USD if you have not made any payments.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

• You may delete your account by contacting us at contact@lulal.ai.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
• Account data will be deleted within 30 days of termination as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of this agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• For significant changes, we may notify you by email to your registered address.
• Continued use of the service after the effective date of revised terms constitutes your acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
